The intense selection activity in Italy generated, a wide variety that has no equal in the world. There are 538 cultivated Italian cultivars, it means the 40% of all known in the world. The merit of this all-Italian record is due to the complexity of our territory, together with the fact that olive cultivation is traditionally of value in our country. The combination of these factors, together with an endless passion for good and well done, gave us the opportunity to propose this oil with unique characteristics.
